What is FORPS all about?
We're here to support the school, bring families together and help make a difference to our children's school experience.
Throughout the year, we organise a variety of fundraising activities and events, giving children and families opportunities to have fun together while raising money for things that benefit the school.
The money we raise helps provide additional resources, experiences and opportunities for the children, complementing what the school already provides.
Whether it's helping fund something special for the classrooms, supporting an exciting activity or bringing everyone together for a school event, we're always looking for ways to make a positive difference.

FORPS is all about community, and every little bit of support makes a difference.
You don't need to be on the committee or have lots of spare time to get involved. Whether you can lend a hand at an event, donate a few items, share an idea, help with preparations behind the scenes or simply come along and enjoy our events, we'd love to have you involved.
We know family life is busy, so we want everyone to feel that they can contribute in a way that works for them. Every helping hand, big or small, is appreciated.

Meet the FORPS Trustees
Working together to support our school
FORPS is run by a dedicated team of parent volunteers who work together to support Rusper Primary School and create exciting opportunities for our children.
Behind the scenes, our committee helps organise fundraising activities, plan events, manage finances and keep our school community informed. We work collaboratively to make sure FORPS is run responsibly and that the money we raise helps make a positive difference to the children's school experience.
Each committee member has a role to play, but everything we achieve is a team effort, supported by the many parents and volunteers who give their time, share ideas and lend a helping hand throughout the year.
Stacey McVey
co-Chair
Stacey works alongside the other Co-Chairs to lead FORPS, coordinate the committee's activities and help shape fundraising plans for the year. She supports the planning and delivery of events, helps coordinate priorities and works with the team to ensure FORPS continues to make a positive difference to the school.
Robyn Dee
co-Chair
Robyn works alongside the Co-Chair team to coordinate FORPS activities, support event planning and help deliver fundraising initiatives. She works collaboratively with the committee to develop ideas, organise activities and ensure events are enjoyable, inclusive and beneficial to the school community.
Harriet Evans
co-Chair
Harriet works with the other Co-Chairs to oversee FORPS activities, develop fundraising ideas and help organise events throughout the school year. She supports the committee in bringing plans to life, encouraging parent involvement and creating opportunities for the school community to come together.
Jessica Wells
Secretary & Communications
Jessica is responsible for the secretarial and communications side of FORPS. She helps keep committee meetings organised, records key discussions and actions, and supports the smooth running of the committee. Jessica also manages FORPS social media posts and communications, keeping parents informed about upcoming events, fundraising activities, important dates and ways to get involved
Carolina Norris
Treasurer
Carolina oversees FORPS finances, keeping track of money raised, income received and expenditure. She helps maintain accurate financial records, monitor event budgets and report on the charity's financial position, ensuring funds are managed responsibly and used to support Rusper Primary School.

There are lots of ways to get involved, whether you can volunteer at an event, help with preparations, donate items, share an idea or lend a hand when you're able to.
