Committed to Supporting Rusper Primary School
Friends of Rusper Primary School was founded by a passionate group of parents committed to enriching and enhancing their children’s educational experience. By bringing together families, carers, and staff, we create a welcoming and collaborative community that works towards a shared goal. Through a variety of engaging events and initiatives, we raise essential funds to support vital school resources, opportunities, and experiences that benefit every pupil. Our efforts not only strengthen the school environment but also nurture a sense of connection, pride, and belonging within the Rusper Primary community.

Meet the FORPS Trustees
We’re incredibly fortunate to have a fantastic team of dedicated parents who generously give their time, skills, and enthusiasm to support the school. Behind the scenes, many families contribute ideas, lend a helping hand at events, and play an important role in making everything we do a success.
At the heart of FORPS, four committed parent volunteers take on the responsibility of ensuring the charity is run in line with Charity Commission guidelines. They also work diligently to make sure every event is carefully planned, well-organised, and safely delivered. Together, this collective effort creates a strong foundation that allows our school community to thrive.

I’m a mum of three boys, with my youngest, currently in Year 5 at Rusper. I’m really looking forward to being part of the PTA and getting involved in the school community. I’m excited to help raise much-needed funds, but also be part of creating fun, inclusive events that children and adults alike can enjoy, remember and cherish

I have a daughter in year 1 and a son who will (hopefully!) be starting at Rusper in 2027. I’m really looking forward to be chairing alongside three other lovely mums as we continue putting on fun events and activities for all the children at Rusper Primary School. We’re looking forward to getting stuck in and making lots of happy memories for the kids.

I’ve lived in the village all my life and went to the school here too, so I have a super keen interest in the schools fun extra activities for all the children to enjoy. Creating fun memories whilst helping raise vital funds for the school. I can’t wait to get stuck in!

I want to be an active member of the school community, to create lasting and fun memories not only for my son but for every child that attends RPS. My son started Reception in September 2025, so we are fairly new to the school and looking forward to getting to know more of you as time goes on.
