FORPS is excited to offer a new, affordable way for families to have school uniform branded with the new Rusper Primary School logo.
Parents can now purchase suitable plain uniform items themselves and bring them to FORPS for logo application using a high-quality DTF (Direct to Film) heat-applied logo finish.
This creates a smart, professional look for a fraction of the usual branded uniform cost — while also helping raise money directly for the school. Taylor Made is still the official uniform supplier for Rusper Primary School, we are just hoping to help offer a slightly more affordable option.

Timelines
In Term time:
The box will be checked every Friday at pick up time, once collected your order will be reviewed, ONLY then will you be advised on a timeframe for completion.
Out of Term (School Holidays):
Drop off in your allocated week, we will aim to do it ASAP, however please be aware it could take 2 to 3 weeks to get your order back.
Urgent Requests:
These are case by case, not everyone can have an urgent request. So a valid reason will be required.

- Purchase plain uniform items in the correct school colours from any retailer.
- Ensure items are clean and unworn before sending them in.

Complete Order Details
Complete and print the FORPS Uniform Branding Order Form.
If you cannot print, include a handwritten note with:

Prepare your items
- Place all uniform items together in one bag.
- Include your printed order form or handwritten note.
Check all information is included.
Please note: Orders with missing information will be returned unbranded.

Drop off Uniform
During term time:
Place your bag in the FORPS drop-off box outside the school office.
During school holidays:
Drop off during your allocated branding week only.

Payment
- Place cash payment in an envelope inside your bag.
- Write your name and payment amount clearly on the envelope.
Cash only please. Exact amount preferred — any extra will be treated as a donation to FORPS.

Collection
You will be contacted once your order is complete.
Allow up to 2 - 3 weeks for completion
In-depth Step by Step Process
What Items Can Be Logo-ed?
We can currently apply logos to:
- School jumpers
- Cardigans
- White polo shirts
- PE tops
- PE jumpers
Please ensure garments are clean and unworn before dropping them off for logo application.
Where Can I Buy Uniform?
Parents are welcome to purchase suitable plain uniform items from any retailer.
Once we have had some time, and get feedback from parents, we will be able to advise which retailers hold the logo the best – however at this time, we haven’t had enough experience to be able to advise on this.
How the Process Works
Step 1 – Buy Your Uniform
Purchase suitable plain uniform items in the correct school colours.
Step 2 – Complete an Order Form (click here)
Fill out the FORPS uniform branding order form and print it.
Alternately if you do not have a printer, a handwritten note with the following information will be fine:
- Parent / Carer Name
- Child’s name
- Class Name / Year
- Contact details
- List qty per garment
Step 3 – Drop Off Your Uniform
In term time
Uniform can be dropped off into the FORPS Drop off box, located outside the school office – The box will be checked every Friday, once collected your order will be reviewed and you will be advised on a timeline for completion.
Out of term times (School Holidays) – branding will only be done within the scheduled dates, if you miss these dates you will need to wait for the next availability or term time availability.
Out of term time schedule:
Current (2025/2026) Reception & Year 1: 20th – 25th July
New (2026/2027) Reception: 10th -15th August
Current Year 2 & Year 3: 17th – 22nd August
Current Year 4 & Year 5: 24th -28th August

NOTE: Please place all items in a single bag along with a printed copy of the order request form. If you are unable to print the form, please ensure you include a written note with all relevant information as per order form section.

Step 4 – Make Payment
We are currently only accepting the below form of payment, this may change in the future. The money should be included, in an envelope with your name on it, and how much is included.
- Cash ONLY (exact amount preferred, anything over will be considered a donation to FORPS)
Step 5 – Collection
Once completed, you will be notified that your items are ready:
In term time
Once notified your order is ready, it will either be left in the collection bin, or it will be handed to you directly.
Out of term times (School Holidays)
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, and a suitable date and time can be discussed.
Timeline /Order Turn Around
We aim to have a quick turn around on branding, however this depends on frequency and quantities of orders, so please do be patient.
We will aim to have orders completed within a 3 week period.
Important Information
- FORPS cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by manufacturer faults or unsuitable garments.
- Some materials may print differently depending on fabric composition.
- We recommend washing garments inside out at 30°C.
- Do not tumble dry directly on high heat over the logo area.
- Logo application is currently available on approved garment types only.
